The Leonard Stanley Sixes
The six-a-side tournament at Leonard Stanley Playing Field was held on July 18. Thirty teams took part who were structured into 5 leagues before the knock-out stages. Minchinhampton were the eventual winners who beat one of the Leonard Stanley teams in the final.
The Club would like to thank everyone who helped out before, during and after the tournament.

The famous Stanley Sixes have been played every July since 1966. The winners are presented with a shield bearing the name of Cyril Anderson a founder member, secretary, chairman and president of Leonard Stanley FC and a former chairman of the Stroud & District league.

The next six-a-side is scheduled for July 2011.
